What PhysioOS is

PhysioOS is consumer fitness and wellness software for personal training, nutrition, and body-composition tracking with persistent history. The public brand is PhysioOS. The production backend and dashboard are PhysioX.

The Operating System for Your Body. Initial availability: United States only. The operator is based in Texas, United States.

PhysioOS is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease, and it is not a clinic, healthcare-provider, payer, or covered-entity product.

What it stores

Workouts, sets, personal records, progression, session notes, nutrition logs, consumer body-composition values you enter, and optional progress-photo metadata belonging to the signed-in user.

Each person signs in with their own PhysioX account. Connected assistants never supply a trusted user id. Accounts stay isolated from one another.

Public pages and product host

The brand website is https://physioos.com. Account, API, OAuth, and MCP endpoints currently run on the PhysioX application host.

About, Privacy, Terms, and Support policy pages are published on the application host until the brand domain is configured to serve those same paths.
